5280 Cryo & Recovery Clinic

For years people have sought to treat soft-tissue and sports-related injuries with an outdated model. Get the ibuprofen, ice it, and keep off of it until you feel better. In the short run, these methods can provide some relief and prevent further injury, but they often fail to address the true cause of the injury. 5280 Cryo & Recovery Clinic is a functional health clinic that focuses on improving not just your current medical condition but helping you improve your physical performance and ability overall.

5280 Cryo & Recovery Clinic can help treat a wide array of soft tissue and sports-injury conditions. We do this with medically informed, but common sense approach. Instead of just focusing on pain management — the modus operandi of many doctors — we offer treatments program and therapeutic solutions that help restore the normal functional ability for the body to bend, twist, and move naturally. Our goal is to heal your injury, educate on you about the cause, and provide instruction on how to avoid re-injury through specific rehab exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications.
