Why Choose Us?

Let Us Help You Reach Your Goals

5280 Cryo & Recovery Clinic treats a variety of soft tissue and sports injury conditions from a common sense approach. Instead of simply just focusing on pain management, we offer treatments that help restore the normal functional ability for the body to move, bend, and twist as nature intended. Our intention is to fix your injury, educate on cause, and instruct on how to prevent re-injury with specific rehab exercises, stretches, and lifestyle modifications.

Services Offer At Our Fort Collins Location:

Every A.R.T. session is a combination of examination in order to locate the specific injured tissue followed by treatment to separate the “glued” tissues.

Whole Body Cryotherapy is the latest and fastest way to decrease pain, inflammation and improve athletic recovery. Learn why the professional athletes are using this treatment and how you can too.

Our doctors regularly take continuing educational classes, read current, up to date healthcare articles, and only implement research based treatment protocols.

Functional rehab sessions can teach patients to not only retrain injured tissues, but prevent re-occurance by correcting the poor biomechanics that causes the injury in the first place.

Nomatec uses Sequential Pulse Technology based on normal physiology that synergistically combines three distinctive massage techniques to speed the body’s normal recovery process.

Our recovery room facility offers tools that are common to professional athletes in helping them recover from injuries, over use, or functional improvements.

The ALINE system is the only insole that lets your body perform at an optimum level, reducing wear and tear on your body for years to come.

Dr. Jared

Dr. Jared received his doctorate of chiropractic medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2008. After graduation he and his wife Stephanie moved to Colorado to open a sports and family practice in the mountains where he treated everyone from high school to professional athletes.  While in Colorado he obtained his Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) training at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs where he was educated in cutting edge treatment techniques based on the latest research.  What many people do not know is that the Director of Sports Medicine Clinics for all of the U.S. Olympic Training Centers is a Chiropractor, Dr. Bill Moreau.  Over a one year period Dr. Jared spent many weekends under the mentorship of Dr. Moreau learning the techniques and methods used to keep these athletes at their peak.  The CCSP training is specific to the evaluation and treatment of injuries encountered in sport as well as physical fitness.

Dr. Jared also has certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Active Release Techniques (ART) allowing him to customize treatment and rehabilitation plans specific to a patient’s goals and needs.  Over the past several years Dr. Jared has had the privilege of treating many professional and amateur athletes including pro triathletes, cyclists, marathoners/ultramarathoners, and hockey players.    Being a lifelong athlete himself, Dr. Jared’s passion is helping people perform at an optimal level and helping them heal quickly to get back in the game!  He enjoys hockey, softball, snowboarding, and mountain biking as well as playing with his son Camden and daughter Everly.
